Orsmond Advisory provides government tender consultancy services to businesses in Queensland and Australia. Our services include opportunity identification, tender response writing, compliance documentation, and submission management through government procurement portals.

Fee Structure

We offer success-based fee arrangements and retainer options. Specific fee terms will be agreed in writing before engagement. Success-based fees are typically calculated as a percentage of the first year contract value, payable only upon successful contract award.

No Guarantee of Contract Wins

While we work diligently to identify opportunities and prepare competitive bids, we do not guarantee that you will win any government contract. Contract awards are determined by the relevant government agency. We provide our best efforts to support your submissions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by you for the relevant engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
